Quantum Fiber Internet Services
Riverwind Cove's Internet service is provided by Quantum Fiber. If you need assistance with current services Quantum recommends these steps:

Reboot equipment by unplugging it at the power source for at least 20 seconds. Plug it back in and wait a few minutes for everything to reset.

If that doesn’t repair the issue, call the Quantum Fiber Success Team at 833-926-1289. They will troubleshoot over the phone, or if needed create a ticket for a technician to come out.

If for some reason they could not assist, please contact the Board at riverwindcovehoa@gmail.com and we will escalate the issue to our Quantum Fiber representative.

Tell them you are part of Riverwind Cove HOA. They will likely ask for your address, Account number,
and Bulk Account Number.
Quantum Fiber has this subdivision listed as River Wind Cove (three separate words).

HOA Committees
The HOA has numerous committees in place, both Standing (required by our Covenants) and Ad Hoc (established by the Board for a specific purpose) that are the "worker bees" supporting the HOA and Board of Directors.
