Buyers must review the complete version of the HOA Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions document, the community map, to be aware of Conservation Easements and Wetlands, and buyers of riverfront lots should also review the Riverwind Cove Riverfront Property FAQs.
Documents are available under the Documents & Information tab; scroll down page for "Additional Info" section. All acknowledgements must be signed and submitted with Sales/Lease Application.

The HOA estoppel fee is $250. There is a 10 business day processing time for ALL estoppels. An additional $100 estoppel fee is required for an expedited estoppel which will be processed and returned within 72 hours.
ALL Sales and Lease applications and accompanying materials should be sent to: riverwindcovehoa@gmail.com. There is a 20 business day processing time for all Sales and Lease applications.

RWC "For Sale" Sign Specifications

Riverwind Cove Real Estate Sign Policy
Purchase of a for sale sign is the responsibility of the realtor (or homeowner if the property is "For Sale by Owner"). All signs purchased by the realtor or the homeowner shall remain their property.
Sign specifications:
-
18" X 24" (may not exceed 3 square feet)
-
must be placed a minimum of 15 feet from the property line
-
top of sign should not exceed 36 inches from ground level
-
signs displayed along the riverfront must conform to the same size specifications
-
no cardboard, paper, or handmade signs
NOTE: This policy is designed to align the use of "For Sale" signs within RWC with the existing language in the RWC Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions.
