Riverwind Cove HOA is self-managed, including all Sales/Lease applications and Estoppel Requests (see Realtor Resources).
Architectural Review Guidelines and Request Form
ALL construction projects must have the ground marked by Sunshine 811 if any digging is to occur (this includes placement of driveway culverts) to locate electric, phone, and/or fiber optic lines.
Use caution when digging front swales (hand digging recommended) due to the shallow placing of fiber optic cables. If a fiber optic or any other utility line is damaged or severed, the property owner is responsible for the cost of repair.
A completed Architectural Review Committee Request Form (see below) must be submitted prior to beginning work. A form is required for new construction and/or changes to existing property; forms are identified appropriately. Copies of applicable permits and documents must be attached.
